<![CDATA[Lack of real support.]]>Why is it that when a player has an issue we can email support until our fingers bleed and get no support?
It's unfair that the chat mods have to take all hassle of trying to sort problems. So far I have been waiting for 39 hours for a deposit that should have been instant and the only response I get is from the chat mods telling me to wait...I think I've been waiting long enough.
CR, you either need to sort out your customer support or give your chat mods more power to help your customers. Your customers are your income and the way things are it seems like you really don't care about them as long as you've got their money.
