At least you can still ask for an upgrade after making your reservation, though availability will guide this. Spirit has options such as exit row seats, upfront seats, and Big Front Seats with more legroom. While costs differ by route, I believed it was more pleasant and well worth the slight increase. Check early before the good seats are gone if you're thinking about it.</p>
