Spirit Airlines is merging with JetBlue Airways (the Department of Justice sued to block it). The airline has a long history of providing substandard customer service, such as this incident in which a passenger was forced to stand for the duration of a flight. We have also had several cases of vouchers not working. If you fly Spirit, you'll pay extra for everything and likely won't receive good customer service (if at all).
