If you book through a travel agent or other third-party website, you will need to contact them directly to cancel or make changes.
If your booking was made through our website at flypelican.com.au... you can make changes online via Manage My Booking or by calling our Customer Service team during business hours. Please see the fare rules above. If you are unable to travel on a FlyPelican flight due to government restrictions, you will be issued a credit for the amount of your reservation.
If your connecting domestic or international flight is affected by government restrictions, you will also receive a credit. keep in mind; You may be asked for evidence of your connecting flight.
All rates purchased can be refunded as refundable at the time of booking.
