Southwest Airlines cancellation policy allows passengers to cancel their flight at any time before departure without penalty. However, if you cancel after 24 hours and no one else wants to occupy the seat, you will get a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee. If someone else takes your place, you'll get a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee.
