Southwest Airlines name change policy does not allow a passenger to change their full name. Additionally, a customer is not permitted to add another person's name to the ticket. However, a person is allowed to change their name upon marriage or divorce. Southwest Airlines allows a person to change their name after marriage only upon submission of legal documents.
