You can cancel an order from Best Buy within 6 hours, in accordance with Best Buy's return and exchange policy. Standard Best Buy policies apply, including no engraved items or media returns (CDs, etc.). Best Buy reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges. Returns are generally accepted within 15 days.
