      Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out to hear from folks who’ve gone through Pier & Beam Foundation Repair. I’ve got an older home with some noticeable sagging in the floors and a few interior cracks, and I’ve been told that House Leveling might be the next step.

Before I jump into anything, I’d love to hear some real-world experiences:

What kind of issues led you to get foundation repair?

How was the house leveling process — noisy, messy, stressful?

Did you go through tunneling, replacing piers, or just adjustments?

How much did it cost you (roughly), and was it worth it?

Any regrets or things you’d do differently?

I’m especially interested in learning how invasive the process was — I really want to avoid tearing up the floors if possible.

Any input or recommendations (especially for contractors or what to watch out for) would be super helpful.

      Thanks in advance!
