- After the first 24 hours: The standard cancellation policies and fees can be applicable if you cancel your flight after the first 24 hours. Non-refundable tickets can be exchanged for Southwest travel dollars to be utilized at a later time.
- Rebooking latitude: Southwest Airlines offers latitude in rebooking. Free of charge, but there may be fees for ticket changes, passengers can rearrange their flights.
Southwest Airlines Refund Policy
- A Southwest flight cancellation won’t result in a refund for the passenger. While Anytime and Business Select fares are entirely refundable and reusable, Wanna Get Away fares are reusable but not refundable.
