As Per Delta name change policy, airlines allow minor corrections on confirmed reservations for a fee. In accordance with Department of Transportation guidelines, Delta Airlines allows name correction to ensure the traveler's name exactly matches that of the passport or valid photo ID.

Additionally, Delta Airlines' name change rule does not allow a change of ownership from one traveler to another.
