Hey, look, that used to be true back when CS:GO was the most popular game and CS 2 hadn't been released yet. You had to reach level 21, increasing it each time by earning 5,000 experience points for each rank. I read this in an article by VRedux, where they explained how to get Prime Status in CS2. If you had this access back then, it is still valid now, otherwise you need to purchase it. I think it costs about $20 now. My brother bought it last month because he wanted us to be teammates. And that's only possible if we both have Prime Status.
