In accordance with JetBlue flight change rules, passengers can change/reschedule their flight and book a new ticket. However, changes must be made before the scheduled flight departure time. Passengers who change their JetBlue flight by phone or chat must pay a $25 non-refundable fee in addition to the applicable flight change fee.
