Before joining the program, I mainly thought yoga was about stretching, flexibility, and physical exercise. However, my experience at Sriezaayogshala best yoga school in Rishikesh completely changed that understanding.
The teachers explained that yoga is much more than physical movement. Along with yoga postures, we also learned about meditation, breathing techniques, mindfulness, anatomy, and yoga philosophy.
Each class helped me understand how yoga can positively influence not only the body but also the mind and emotions. The meditation sessions helped me feel calmer and more focused, while the breathing exercises taught me how to manage stress and improve mental clarity.
