A printer that is not network-connected causes the error message "Toshiba Printer Offline." If a piece of paper got stuck in the print queue, there's a good chance the printer will display an offline error message before becoming fully offline. Check to see if your printer and device are properly connected to the USB cable. There shouldn't be any loose or damaged connections between the system and the Toshiba printer.
