Hello, I have just flown SAS Airlines UPG Terminal and had a positive experience in general. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the Terminal itself is uncluttered but effective, and standards of cleanliness were high and noticeable. I liked how straightforward it was to get around the terminal, with clear signs everywhere. Boarding was punctual and well organized, and when onboard, cabin crew delivered superior service. The waiting area needed more facilities but fulfilled its duty satisfactorily. SAS Airlines left me with an excellent impression of their professionalism and punctuality. I eagerly anticipate flying once more!
