Hi, my name is Wade Munro and I live in the United Arab Emirates. I work with Boultwood + Associates as a Quantum and Commercial Risk Consultant, supporting construction and commercial projects across the region. My involvement as a Delay Expert has improved my understanding of programme analysis, project scheduling, and the assessment of delay events affecting construction projects. I enjoy applying analytical thinking, collaborating with experienced professionals, and developing practical recommendations that support efficient project delivery and informed commercial decisions. Outside of work, I have a strong interest in architecture, regional development, and exploring different places across the UAE. I also enjoy following major infrastructure and construction projects.
