Counselling Blue Mountains
ranspersonal counselling takes a big picture approach to our lives. One of the pioneers of the field was Carl Jung.
He was a transpersonal counsellor who witnessed a major shift in his patient’s issues after midlife.
During the first half of life, up until around age 40, we focus on careers, financial stability and relationships. Our focus is on gaining strength, confidence and stability.
Many people enter the midlife passage, or the second half of life, with a career, a family, friends and feel something is acutely missing. Our desire for wholeness asserts itself.

During this retreat you'll have the opportunity to explore the areas where your soul blueprint (your astrology and numerology map) clashes and diverts from the paths of others.
We take an experiential approach that meets mind, body, soul and spirit through a range of modalities and different activities.

Marriage Retreat
Our couples therapy retreat offers a wide variety of relationship activities many of which can be tied in with our onsite relationship counselling.
Nestled on the quiet side of Katoomba we are just a 5-minute drive to the centre of town should you want to take in local dining and activities.
We’re within walking distance to Mini Ha Ha waterfall for those after a tranquil bushwalk and the opportunity for a swim during the summer months.
Mix up the time you spend on couples therapy with activities such as a couples board game, gratitude building/light-hearted relationship reflections, films exploring different relationship themes, reading fables about couples, listening to stories about couples, exploring poetry, getting into your body via yoga, meditation, mindfulness colouring, drawing sacred geometry as well as outdoor activities and time spent in nature.
R?elationship Retreat
"During our couples retreat, we found great value in being listened to and having someone outside our relationship analyse our situation and then help us in the most spiritual, emotional, practical and holistic way. I would definitely recommend the experience to everyone that needs help in their relationship and personal growth! "
- Mirasol M
"The couples retreat was a beautiful experience and we learnt a lot about our weaknesses and strengths both as a couple and individually. Being so knowledgeable in this area, we took away so many tools for future use. Both a peaceful and insightful experience. Every couple would benefit."

Money Workshop
Money Workshop
Money’s Complex - Rethinking your relationship with MoneyMoney often costs too much. - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Money. Almost all of us have a need to make it (and invariably spend it), save it, borrow it, lend it or gift it. When we’re not putting our time into earning or managing it we are often thinking about it in everyday or agonising ways.
So many of the decisions we make in our lives are effected by it.
Beyond our own lives, everywhere we find indications of the impact of our collective unconscious beliefs and behaviours around money.
Horrendous inequality and the collapse of the environment are just two outflows of the dysfunction.
To come into right relationship, or flow when it comes to money, the first step is healing our complexes and untangling the conditioning that shaped us.
Economics holds to be a rational science dealing with objective measures and yet the foundational principle of infinite growth has more to do with magical, fantastic and irrational thinking than it does with reality.
Any psychological focus tends to be limited to behavioural economics, while psychoanalysis (the dedication to heightening awareness of the unconscious) tends to be ignored or dismissed.
Ironically, Adam Smith’s image of the invisible hand, representing the unseen force that arranges the economically self-serving actions of individuals into collective benefits, is still our dominant motif.
Carl Jung felt that his life’s work proved that the pattern of higher intelligence exists in each of us, asserting that “not only the meaning of our life, but our renewal and the renewal of our institutions depend on our conscious relationship with this inner pattern.”
From the archetypal perspective, money carries a psychic energy just like so many other areas of life.
This workshop will NOT focus on the mechanics of money (investing, budgeting etc)
your money.? The focus will centre on your history with money and how inherited values and beliefs may be tripping you up.
? You will gain insights into the greater meaning behind money and a range of associated concepts from a depth psychology framework.
? Discover how interrelated our self-actualisation journey is with our financial position and the integral role of expressing our inner treasure in order to experience a true and abiding wealth.
